As a HR Administrator within Precon Products Ltd you will provide support to the HR Department, handling a wide-variety of administrative tasks. This is a varied role within an expanding, fast-paced and dynamic business.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage onboarding processes
  • Provide support to employees in various HR related topics
  • Assist in updating company policies and legal compliance
  • Assist with recruitment processes
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic format using our HR platform
  • Prepare and amend HR documents as directed e.g. employment contracts, policies etc
  • Assist with exit interviews
  • Organise employee performance reviews and minute these meetings
  • Take meeting minutes as required
  • Report on absence management
  • Holiday approval
  • Assist with Return to Work meetings
  • Engage in obtaining references for potential employees when required
  • Carry out DBS checks
  • Report on HR metrics e.g. staff turnover, absence, tardiness, training etc
  • Involved in employee health and wellbeing
  • EAP – regular communication with all employees regarding how to find, what is available and encourage use
  • Update group beneficiary forms from all employees
  • Assist with all HR related matters
  • Assist with maternity/paternity/parental leave
  • Promote employee benefits platform to improve employee engagement
  • Driving licence checks when required
  • GDPR compliance, update, review and amend accordingly
  • Update First Aid Training
  • Assist with payroll administration

Required Skills & Experience:

Experience

  • Proven experience in HR administration or a related role
  • Actively listens to others, contributes and shows commitment to building relationships
  • Quick and efficient note-taking
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced environment
